He is survived by: his wife Frances Collins; his siblings, Jerry "Ham" Collins and Louise Alexander; his children, Joseph Leon "Chip" Collins, Linda Rachal and Loretta Tetters; and his stepchildren, Les Potapowitz, Irene Gorecki, Yolanda Hill, Walter Potapowitz, Tony Potapowitz, Chrissy Meeks, Joe Griffith, Kay Morris, Wanda Sciascio, Donnie Griffith, Tommy Griffith, Patricia Reynolds and Terri Palmer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
