It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rayburn O'Tinger of Attalla, Alabama, who passed away on February 20, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer O'Tinger and Betty O'Tinger; his brother Elton O'Tinger; and his brother-in-law Anthony Frost. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Frost of Albertville, Billy O'Tinger of Albertville, Donald O'Tinger (Marie) of Albertville and Alton O'Tinger (Sue) of Attalla; his close friend Hazel Baird; and his caregivers, Dr. Siddiqvi, Dr. Barley, Dr. Hassan and Terry Owens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
