He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hampton and Helen Hampton. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lamberth Hampton; his children, Kimberley Kiser (Tony), Scott Hampton, Staci Kellett, Chase Lamberth, Cooper Lamberth and Caiti Lamberth; his grandchildren, Noah Brown, Trevor Kiser, Trent Cross, Briley Kellett, Lili Kiser, Gatlen Kellett, Hollie Lamberth and Adaline Brown; his sons, David Woodard (Tanya), Rex Jones (Pam), Phillip Wise and Steve Salvador (Sandra); and his stepdaughter April Churchill.
