We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2024, at the age of 82, Willie J. Sweatt of Attalla, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Helen Sweatt; his daughter Angela Barnes; his parents, Ruie Sweatt and Lola Sweatt; and his siblings, Ovia Busha, Gene Autry Sweatt and Bufford Sweatt.

He is survived by : his children, Deborah Fulenwider (Wade), Kim Griggs (Glenn) and Stanley; his grandchildren, Brandon Fulenwider, Haley Moore, Kristi Cobb, Adam Davis, Chase Autwell, Brittany Engleburt and Blake Barnes; and his siblings, Terry Sweatt, Jerry Sweatt, Ruby Church, Mary Morris, Louise Maddox and Sarah Tilley. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
