With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Faye Spraggins of Auburn, Alabama, born in Daviston, Alabama, who passed away on November 19, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Barrett Taylor and Leola Taylor; her husband Donald Grady Spraggins; her son-in-law Les Garrett; her siblings, John Will Taylor, Herbert Taylor, Irene Pemberton, Pauline Patten and Eunice Blair; and her parents-in-law, Ludie Benton Spraggins and Joseph Grady Spraggins.

She is survived by : her children, Carol Jean Coggin (Mike) of Auburn, AL, Brenda Cheryl Winslett (Bo) of Auburn, AL, Donna Faye Garrett of Sylacauga, AL and Benjamin Joseph Spraggins (Judy) of Gulfport, MS.; her grandchildren, Mike Coggin, Jr. (Jennifer), Tina Johns (Johnny), Brandi Rose (Scott), Wendy Ferguson (Bryan), Scott Garrett (Debbie), Craig Spraggins (Julie) and Brian Winslett (Carrie); her great grandchildren, Kennedy Coggin, Campbell Coggin, Matthew Rose, Lauren Rose, Drew Ferguson (Alex), Katie Ward (Collin), Zach Ferguson (Averi), Anna Claire Ferguson, William Winslett, Tucker Garrett, Patrick Garrett, Tate Spraggins, Hayden Spraggins and Olivia Spraggins; her great great grandchildren, Brooks Ward, Lane Ferguson, Harper Faye Ward and Banks Ferguson; and her brother-in-law Gerald Spraggins.

Her work ethic was a shining example for all who knew her, and her contributions to her community through her work were immeasurable.
