He is survived by: his wife Marcia Votour; his children, Ben Prowell and Katie Prowell; his brother Matt Prowell (Heather); his mother-in-law Carol Votour; his sister-in-law Susan Martin (John); and his sibling's children, Emma Rose Prowell, Josh Martin, Dillon Martin and Jake Martin.
