She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hutto and Trevah Hutto; her husband Gene Rutland; her daughter Becky Atkinson; her brother David Hutto; and her stepson Steve Rutland.
She is survived by: her adoptive son Paul Folsom; her children, Teresa Dickman (Donna) and John Atkinson; her grandchildren, Jennie Nichols and Andy (Kaitlyn); her stepdaughter-in-law Rita Rutland; her stepdaughter Genna Mitchell (Doug); her stepgrandchildren, Antiown Cook (Jessica), Anthony Cook (Kimberly), Justin Mitchell (Hayden) and Andrea Parrott (Bryan); her great grandchildren, Dalton Cook (Chandler), Ellie Nichols, BriAnna Cook, Makayla Garner (Andrew), Ansley Cook, Kaleb, Kade and Jaxon; and her nieces, Keitha Zittle (Rick) and Kim Rhyne (Steven).
