He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Mills Etheredge; his sons, Judson (Crystal Etheredge) and Joshua (Teri Etheredge); his grandchildren, Matelyn (Shane), Carsen, Cooper, Peyton, Hampton, Madeline and Connelly; his niece Stacey Caton Prevatt (Danny) of Ashford; and his nephew Kevin Caton (Karen) of Birmingham, Alabama..
