We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2024, at the age of 79, Lacy Wright Jr. in Auburn, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy E. Wright, Sr. and Elizabeth Gregory Wright; and his grandparents, Joseph Wright (Maud), Emmitt Gregory, Grace Chappel Gregory Anderson and Howard Anderson (Skint).

He is survived by: his wife Gail Smith Wright; his sons, David A. Wright (Christina) and Gary D. Wright (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Madison Wright, Amelia Wright, Noah Wright, Emily Wright and Rinnah Wright; and his siblings, Michael D. Wright (Karen) and Peggy J. Tilley (Burrow).

In lieu of flowers the family has requested contributions be made to the First Baptist Church Trussville Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
