She was predeceased by : her parents, Rupert Meadows and Audrey Meadows; her husband Donald Ray Hornsby; her grandson Price Hornsby; and her daughter-in-law Kristin Watson Hornsby.
She is survived by : her sons, Ray Hornsby and Jason Hornsby; her grandchildren, Austin, Emerson Ray and Ella Ann Hornsby; and her sisters, Susan Carlisle and Betty Ann Sloan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
