He is survived by: his former wife Jana Beason; his stepchildren, Wendy Sims (Daniel) and Derrick Mullins (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Desiree Slappey (Dean), Madelyn Sims, Brody Sims, Lawson Delph and Ava Mullins; his great grandchild Charlotte Slappey; his siblings, Donna Dillon (Ricky), Cheryl Foster (Gaylon), Thomas Beason (Lori) and Steven Dennis; and his close friend Stanley Price.
