He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Chambers; his daughter Debbie Chambers; his parents, Margaret Chambers and Philo Chambers; and his sister Barbara Solitaire.
He is survived by: his children, Cliff Chambers (Joan), Cheryl Poole (Joe), Ruth Dallas (Wendell) and Rachel Whittington (Shelton). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
