With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William James Walker III of Auburn, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Walker, Jr. and Jane Kelley Walker; his wife Angela Sanders Walker; his sons, Thomas Martin Walker and Stephen Daniel Walker; and his brother Robert Daniel Walker.
He is survived by: his sons, William James Walker, IV (Beth) of Auburn and Wayne Christian Grizzard of Tennessee; his uncle David Kelley; his daughter-in-law Stacy Walker; his brother-in-law Robert Mark Sanders (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Justin Walker, Brian, Bailey Walker, Riley, Will, Ben, Henry, Jack Walker and Gabriel Grizzard; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Attley Walker; his sibling's children, Tori Moss (Daniel), Matthew Sanders (Lindsay) and Andrew Sanders (Kimber Hicks); and his great-nephews, Austin, Noah Moss, Elijah, Ezra Sanders, Bryson, Grant Sanders, Jacob and Andrew Henderson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 12:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mount Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, for donations to be made to First Baptist Church Pelham's Mission Fund.
