He is survived by: his wife Judyanne Shanks Waters; his daughters, Heather Waters of Tavares, FL and Shannon Woods (JD) of Salisbury, NC.; his grandchildren, Olivia Taylor (Ethan), Rylee Woods and Carter Woods; his great grandchild Henry; and his siblings, Mary Waters of Homestead, FL and Phillip Waters (Pam) of Bell, FL..

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rocky Hill Cemetery (2578 AL-14, Autaugaville, AL 36003).
