He is survived by: his wife Freida Belcher; his children, Brandy Hall and Dustin Marks (Tiffani); his siblings, Joyce Shear, Jr. (Matt) and Philip Belcher (Dinah); and his grandchildren, Chloe, Bentley, Zoey, Brody, Dylan and Nathan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
