With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Brown of Bay Minette, Alabama, who passed away on December 10, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Brown to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband Lester L. Brown of Bay Minette, AL; her children, Michael Worley of Bay Minette, AL and Joanne Goff (Jerry Lee) of Hurley, MS; her sister Renee Plato (Bubba) of Pine Grove; her grandchildren, Jessica Pfeiffer (Brian) and Jerry Goff (Ashleigh); and her great grandchildren, Jerron, Jaxon, Isla, Carson, Gabe, Liam, Carter, Delaney, Graham, Ella-Kate and T. J. Thompson (Tammy) of Phillipsville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery (34904 AL-225, Spanish Fort, AL 36577).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to Disabled American Veterans.
