He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Long and Miriam Rhodes Long; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bryars Long of Bay Minette, AL; his sisters, Donna M. Long of Birmingham, AL and Sandra L. Glenn (Doug) of Leakesville, MS; his nieces, Christina Nelson (John) and Rachel Padgett (Wes); and his nephew Cody Glenn (Ashley).
