Cook, II (Marisa) of Bay Minette, AL, Melissa Cook (Alex Poole) of Bay Minette, AL and Elizabeth M. Cannon (Omar) of Paris, TN; her brother Frank Winfried Taylor (Judy) of St. Pete, FL; her grandchildren, Michael, Bryonna, Lonnell, Dalton, Wanda, Brayden, Trinity, Jonathan and Omarion; and her great grandchildren, Angel of Carter, M. J., Kehlani, Deanna, Kiaoni and Khloe.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
