Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Frankie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Thomley and Myrtle Thomley of Perdido, AL.; and her husband Wendell Hall. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Parker (Tony) of Perdido, AL, Leon Hall of Rabun and Norris Hall (Lydia) of Bay Minette, AL; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Haldey and Joyce Thomley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Pleasant Plains (Splinterhill) Pentecostal Church, 53257 Don Lane, Perdido, AL 36562.
