Gloria Jean Boyington Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Jean Boyington of Bay Minette, Alabama, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Purvis Boyington; her daughter Susan Boyington; her parents, Noah Belaire, Jr. and Lilly Louise Kinmon Belaire; her former husband Brent Breaux; and her granddaughter Kristen Lynn Boyington.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Watts (Billy Wilson), Karen Inman (Russell) of Century, FL, Joni Boyington (Tommy Vedros) of Bay Minette, AL and Nolan Boyington (Danielle Hearn) of Bay Minette, AL; her siblings, Huey Belaire (Debbie) of Bay Minette, AL and Linda Barnette (Glenn) of Bay Minette, AL; and her sisters-in-law, Ellarine Stewart, Doli Boyington and Lupe Boyington. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery (34904 AL-225, Spanish Fort, AL 36527).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Fretwell Tabernacle Church, P.O. Box 236, Perdido, AL 36562.
