He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, James Oliver Gibson, Dewey, Joline Russell Godwin, Dan, Sandra Pruett, Bobby, Gertrude Sims, Thomas and Lela Parker.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Godwin and Cassy White Godwin of Daphne, AL; his brother Oliver Michael Godwin of Daphne, AL; his grandparents, JoAnn, Michael Sims of Albertville, AL, Russell Godwin of Bay Minette, AL and Donna Godwin of Bay Minette, AL; and his great-grandparent Charline Gibson Woodcock of Guntersville, AL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (211 McMillan Ave, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to USA Women's and Children's Hospital.
