He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ballard and Lois Ballard; and his sisters, Jane Sweat and Jean Cotanche. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ryan Ballard; his children, Scott Ballard (Donna), Paige King (Warren), Danielle Brown (George) and Ryan Watson (Kim); his sister Joyce Boan; and his grandchildren, Josh Ballard (Hanna), Bailey Ballard Walters (Lamar), Dustin Roberson (Jeralaee), Lance Langley (Thorin), Christian Carlisle (Coley), Dustin Watson, Peyton Watson, Jayden Watson, Ryder Nease, Story Jean Brown and Juniper Rae Brown. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
