He is survived by: his wife Donna Harbison Howell of Phillipsville; his children, Julie E. Veal (Jimmie) of Phillipsville, Jamie E. Howell (Shana Hall) of Phillipsville, Evan C. Howell (Whitney) of Huntsville, AL, Dr. Shelli Carter (John McBay) of Rosinton, AL and James Ethan Williams of Daphne, AL; his sisters, Evelyn Howell Stanley (Ray) of Senoia, GA and Bonnie Howell of Steinhatchee, FL; his grandchildren, Julius Clark Holliway, Janna Claire Holliway, Sean Caleb Holliway, Cody A. Howell, Alexis Langham, Carter Howell, Remi Howell, Ozzy Howell, Cam Joiner, Cadyn Joiner and Merida Carter; and his great grandchildren, Ryder Langham and Gracie Langham.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at the Hall's Fork Cemetery.
