He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Owen and Jo Margaret Owen; and his brother Albert Moore Owen (Al). He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Owen (Peggy) and James R. Owen, Jr. (Shelley); and his fiancée Janet Chastang Mosley.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the White House Fork Baptist Church (38613 Co Rd 39, Bay Minette, AL 36507).
