She was predeceased by: her husbands, Richard Patrick Byrd, Sr. and Charles Wayne Rollin; her son Richard Partick Byrd, Jr.; her parents, Robert James Lester Shiver and Addie Bell Rackard Shiver (Daisy May Hadley Shiver); her grandchildren, Christopher Blake Smith, Steven Christopher Byrd and Addyson Nicole Thomspon; and her siblings, Willie Shiver, Lester Shiver, James David Shiver and Betty Jean Humphrey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Smith (Ronnie) of Stapleton, AL, Kellie Phillips (Randall) of Stapleton, AL and Shellie Byrd Morris of Bay Minette, AL; her grandchildren, Christi Wall, Jennifer Caraway, Kendra Phillips, Scotty Byrd, Randy Thompson, Jr., Dyson Byrd, Kheyton Byrd, Shawn Sutherland and Randy Phillips; and her children, Charles Ray Wilson, Rebecca Odom, Marilyn Pursell and Margie Simmons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
