He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Howland Sr. and Martha Kindsvater Howland; his siblings, Harry Jr., Leon, Darlene and Betty; and his granddaughter Rachael Landers.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Rocky Howland (Vanessa) of Costa Rica, Randy Howland (Michelle) of Orange Beach, AL and Debbie Duke (Eddie) of Bainbridge, GA; his stepchildren, Shari Webster of Mobile, AL, Kim Landers of Mobile, AL and Marcus Kuliska (Melissa) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Magan Miller, Rachel Miller, Sarah Miller, Joshua Howland, Kieran Landers, Kelsey Landers, Lindsey Clark (Forrest) and Jared Duke; and his great grandchildren, Cade Henderson, Adelynn Landers, Wayne Landers, Camden Howland and Ari Haiser.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the William F. Green Veterans Home or Community Hospice.
