He was predeceased by: his wife Netty Lou Roberts Davis. He is survived by: his children, Trenton Davis (Cheryl Ann), Robert Davis (Wendy) of Athens, AL, Mark Vallas (Pete) of Mobile, AL and Kathy B. Linam of Bay Minette, AL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
