Daline Bell Owen (David) of Rabun, Earl Ray Bell (Susan) of Milton, FL, Jessie Dale "Shorty" Bell (Marlene) of Rabun and Carol A. Bell of Rabun; and her grandchildren, David B., Owen, III, Anthony Jacob Owen, Rebecca Burnette (Curtis) and Jessie Dale Bell, Jr. (Katee). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
