She was predeceased by: her father John Etheridge (Ethel Wilson); her son Keith Fallon Phillips; and her siblings, Lamar Etheridge, Rowan Etheridge, Ralph Etheridge, Nel Norsworthy Hazel Etheridge, Jewel Etheridge and Helen Etheridge.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl (Peggy Phillips) of Foley, Forrest (Debra) of Bay Minette and Markus Phillips of Bay Minette, Alabama; and her siblings, Steve Etheridge of Dahlonega, Georgia and Margie Bohr of Charlotte. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
