She was predeceased by: her parents, Gavin Williams and Vada Lee Harvill Williams; her son-in-law Johnny Jones; her sister Lucille; her brother-in-law Bud Salter; her siblings, Richard (Addie Mae Williams), Hannis (Voncile Williams), Lonnie (Martha Williams), Arthur Williams, Rufus Williams, Earl Williams, Ruby Lee Williams, Eva Mae Williams, Magline Weaver and Urla Lee Hadley; and her siblings-in-law, Viola Williams, James Skipper, Larry Skipper, James Lee, Edward Black, Florence Skinner and Frances Gantt.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Mitchell Skipper; her children, Roberta Skipper Jones and Joseph Skipper (Sherene); her grandchildren, William Jones, LaShonda Richerson and Stacy Boyington (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Braiden Richerson, Willow Richerson, Jeremiah Boyington and Michael Boyington; her brothers, Jimmy Williams and Larry Williams (Debbie); and her siblings-in-law, Marlice Williams, Joanne Black, Kathy Lee, Sandy Skipper and O'Neal Hadley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
