He is survived by: his children, Teresa Kelsoe (Warren), Dr Kevin Palmer (Carol), Brock Palmer (Donna), Felecia James (Jerry) and Melissa Palmer; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Palmer, Nicholas Palmer (Kristina) and Jeb Howell; his brother Larry Palmer; and the mother of his children Sue Emerson Palmer. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
