He is survived by: his wife Rosie Merchant of Beaverton, AL; his children, Ashley Foster (Derrick) of Winfield, AL and Rick Merchant (Ashley) of Moore, OK; his grandchildren, Ethan, Lora Foster, Kaylee, Julee and Jaxon Merchant; and his sister Patsy Nichols of Cedartown, GA.
