It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aaron Smith of Berry, Alabama, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aaron Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, King David and Evalene Kilpatrick Smith; and his brother Richard Smith. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Smith of Berry; his children, David Smith (Amy) of Berry, Michell Busbee (Chris) of Berry and Miranda Andrews (Terrance) of Decatur; and his siblings, William Smith (Linn) of Parrish and Sherry Smith of Parrish. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson Funeral Home Chapel (3659 AL-171, Fayette, AL 35555). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
