He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Smith; and his siblings, Charles Wesley Smith, Mary Pauline Fike and Martha McDowell. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Earl Smith (Robyn) of Santa Clarita, CA and Roxanne Marie Smith of Salem; his siblings, James Elbert Smith (Dianne) of Tullahoma, TN, Donald Ray Smith (Mary Lou) of Salem and Gladys Marie Smith of Salem; his grandchildren, Caleb Pierce Smith (Heaven) of Savannah, TN, Keri Anna Smith Wolfe (Josh) of Savannah, TN and Donny M. Smith of Santa Clarita, CA; and his great grandchildren, Annaline Wolfe, Charly Wolfe, Elsie Smith and Jayden Qualls.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Salem Church of the Nazarene (6138 Co Rd 83, Berry, AL 35546). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
