He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Segrest and Ila Martin; and his siblings, Jesse Hancock, Junior Hancock, Jimmy Segrest, James H. Segrest, Nilda Franklin and Ruth Brand.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Segrest; and his daughters, Tammie Darty (Danny), Pamela Crawford, Paula Pendley (Scot) and Kimberly Milligan. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 14 Great Grandchildren.
