He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Harry, LaVelle Morris and Nannie Reynolds; his mother Opal Jones; his stepfather Herman Jones; his father R. D. Reynolds; and his siblings, Richard Reynolds, Wayne Reynolds, Sandy Jones, Allen Jones, Hope Reynolds and Sandra Reynolds.
He is survived by : his children, Kristi Spata (Michael), Sherice Vermillion (Bradlee) and Douglas Reynolds II; his grandchildren, Kaylie Spata, Shayla Stanford, Savanna Reynolds, Deion Stanford, Dominic Spata, Amelia Reynolds, Aubrey Vermillion and Kian Reynolds; and his siblings, Nan Bishop (Jim), Violet Evans, Sheila Reynolds, Ronnie Reynolds, Roger Jones (Susie) and Jimmy Jones (Kathy).
