She is survived by : her children, Charles A. Watkins II, Joseph F. Watkins and Alison A. Leanza; her sisters, Adelle B. Belcher and Mary E. Pinion; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Joseph S. and Joseph F.. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
