He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady J. Pendley and Ruby N. Pendley; and his grandparents, Thomas J., Lillie B. Pendley, Walter and Bertha A. Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Marion E. Pendley of Berry; his son Josh Pendley of Berry; his brother Jerry Lynn; and his pet Marie.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Berry City Cemetery (30 School Ave, Berry, AL 35546).
