He is survived by: his siblings, Juanita Harris (Malcolm), Michael Lewis (June) of Birmingham, Alabama, Dwight Lewis (Renee) of Birmingham, Alabama and Eddie Lewis (Anita) of Birmingham, Alabama. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
