It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Marcus of Bessemer, Alabama, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Browning and Velma Browning; her husband Robert A. Marcus; her son Robert "Greg" Marcus; her grandson Brian Marcus; her siblings, June Warren and Doug Browning; and her son-in-law Louis Salvago.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne Salvago; her granddaughters, Jonica Williams (Brent) and Jessica Thomason (Randall); her great grandchildren, Owen Williams, Jackson Williams, Kaden Thomason and Kole Thomason; her siblings, Charles Browning and Nell Redmill; and her sister-in-law Becky Browning.
