She was predeceased by: her parents, Lull Pendley and Zadie Pendley; her former husband Ewell M. Cook; and her husband James O. Dutton. She is survived by: her children, James Cook (Marty), Teresa Cook Christolear (Rodger), Pam Cook Gibson (Michael) and Amy Cook. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
