It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dion Parker of Bessemer, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 53, on February 20, 2022. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Parker and Carolyn Bowen Parker. He is survived by: his wife Shunya Blakely Parker; his children, Timothy (Lauren), Matthew (Kelsey), Caleb (Falyn) and Kaleigh Parker; his sister Diona Parker Dickerson; and his grandfather Carl Bowen. He is also survived by his beautiful grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Smithville Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society in his memory.
