He was predeceased by: his mother Selicia Durr. He is survived by: his daughter Terri Lynn Burns; his father James E. Barnett, Sr.; and his siblings, James E. Barnett, Jr., Donna Smith (James) and Cheryl Hood (Keith Lincoln). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; one great grandson.
