He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donald and Margie Kaye Griffin Middlebrooks. He is survived by: his son Alan Middlebrooks; and his brother James Anthony Middlebrooks (Donna). He is also survived by five grandchildren and several other family members.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home & Crematory (1498 5th Ave, Pleasant Grove, AL 35127).
