She was predeceased by: her parents, Young Pickett and Ole Mae Pickett; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her sister Annette Byars; her son Alan Chesser (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Chad Chesser (Holley), Kyle Chesser, Kaci McCombs (Trey), Andrew Cowan (Tori) and Jaden Cowan (Madeline); and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Liam, Charlotte, Camille, Tripp, Garis, Cam and Zoey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canaan Baptist Church "Children's Ministry" in memory of Mrs. Doris Chesser.
