Earnest will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Earnest is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Earnest’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Davis; his children, Robert "Bo" William (Jenn), John "Matt" Matthew (Gareth) and Amanda Leanne Connerton (Matthew); and his sister Joyce Bennett (Jerry). He is also survived by grandchildren, and countless extended family members and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Union Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.
