He is survived by: his wife Thelma Hilliard Vanderburg; his children, Carol V. Kizer, Dr. C. Barry Dabbs (Solange) and Traci V. Frazier (Sidney); his brother Jerry P. Edwards (Thyra); and his grandchildren, Meredith Kizer McDonald (Drew), Madeline Kizer Cowan (Jaden), Meleigha Kizer Swatek (Hunter), Garrison Dabbs, Tyler Dabbs, Charli Rose Dabbs, Courtney Frazier Gambil (Grayson) and Kyle Frazier. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and many other loving family members.
