She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Howard and Magdalin Howard (Tillman Dabbs Sr.); and her children, Tim Dabbs and Charlotte Sheppard. She is survived by: her son Jerry Wayne Sheppard Jr.; her grandchildren, Joshua Sheppard (Maliah), Grace Sheppard, Tillman Trey Dabbs III, Chad Gill and James Dabbs; and her great grandchild Joseph Sheppard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home (1300 4th Ave N, Bessemer, AL 35020). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery (1343 Hueytown Rd, Hueytown, AL 35023).
