She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Christian and Augusta Christian; her siblings, Lillie Ree Swain, Shiner Mae Waddy, Glen Christian, Jesse Christian and Samuel Lee Christian; her husband James Jackson; and her grandson Corey Densmore.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Jackson (Alice) of Augusta, Samuel L. Jackson (Cathy) of Pleasant Grove, Jacqueline McClain of Bessemer, Willie E. Jackson of Bessemer, Jerome Jackson of Birmingham, Yvonne McIntosh of Bessemer and Janice Gordon (Seth) of McCalla, Alabama; and her close friend Roselle Bennett. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren: 15 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
