He was predeceased by: his daughter Tonya Barr; and his parents, Milton Barr and Alma Frances Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Barr; his children, Franklin Terry "TJ" Barr, Jr. (Kelsey), Terri Lynn Raney (Craig) and Tammy Barr; and his siblings, Russell Barr (Sue) and Glenda Barr Leasor. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
